I'm a track athlete, but ...Motivating pictures. I'm a track athlete, but every now and then I have to run longer distances. I can't run with music and when I'm on my own I just quit after two miles... So now my mom is often coming with me on her bicycle, so we can both work out and spent some more time together :)<br /><br />I really like your blog, it's motivating and the first of it's kind that I've seen so far. I'm a walker, really,...^^ Interesting new blog. I'm a walker, really, and, well, newly a cyclist (is that too pro a term? o.O ) But I mean, 'no more than 30min' refers to intense exercise, right? Because I usually do an hour a day of walking, and I don't think that's really bad for me.
